    Frequently asked questions.

    It’s due to process used to create your custom garment and is
    totally normal. The smell will dissipate quickly just let it air out outside of
    the package. To speed up the process, place your garment into the dryer on very
    low heat with a fabric softener sheet for a few minutes.

    For customers outside of the U.S.A., depending on your delivery location, country, and order size,your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered
    by the postage charge on your order with The Snarky Beaver, and you will be
    required to pay them to receive your package. This is something beyond our
    control. We cannot mark it as a gift.  

    We use Bella+Canvas shirts and tanks, and Gildan hoodies for all our orders. We have found the quality of these articles to be consistenlty outstanding. All of our designs are printed with direct-to-garment printing, which we believe has a more natural feel, and far superior durability..

    For now, we accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
    Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also finance your purchase with Sezzle.  We do not accept checks
    or money orders.

    We do not pay for design ideas, but if you feel you have a good idea,
    please feel free to send it to us at ideas@thesnarkybeaver.com with
    DESIGN IDEA in the subject line. Of course if we decide to make your design, you will
    receive a free product at a minimum

    Some shirts (mainly dark colors) are pre-treated prior to printing to ensure the
    highest-quality product. Don't worry, it will disappear the first time you wash
    the shirt.

    Once you're ready, go to your cart and checkout. During checkout there will be an option to enter any coupon codes you may have.  

     In rare instances, we may be experiencing technical
    difficulties, or your email provider may have marked the email as spam. You can
    check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there.

    If you are not able to locate your confirmation email, you can email support@thesnarkybeaver.com, and we will confirm that your order was placed.  

     Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us
    at wholesale@thesnarkybeaver.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number (EIN).
